Trip to Andalucia

Kategorie: EURORANDO, Front NewsOn 6-9th May, the ERA Presidium, represented by Lis Nielsen , Marcel Grandjean, Juan Mari Feliu and the General Secretary Katerina Husova, visited Andalusia to talk to the local organizers of EURORANDO 2011.
We had two half-day meetings with the organising group, composed of provincial and local government as well as the Mountaineering Federation of Andalusia. Furthermore, we visited Granada, Almeria and the surroundings and walked through the national park of Cabo di Gata.
The preparations for EURORANDO 2011 are going very well and properly. Organisers have hired a special company to arrange accomodation - offers shall be placed online in mid June. Walks and actions are being planned. Sufficient financing of the organisation is arranged.

8-11th October: walks and actions in Almeria
in paralell, ERA Annual and Presidium Meeting in Hotel Envia
12th October: Hiking Events on the National Day of Spain
13-14th October: walking events in Granada
15th October: closing ceremony in and around Granada
