The organisation of EURORANDO 2011 in Andalucia advanced recently after the meeting of the Executive Committee.

• the contract of commercialization has been agreed - the company will manage lodgings, trips, etc.
• the company for communication and promotion will be hired by the end of July; promotion by that time is taken over by the current organisers
• the program of the event is updated on a continous basis
• the budget and program and contracts will be approved by COERA in the beginning of July
• all new information will be posted on the webpage
